At Bujairami Perfumes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fragrance purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a 14-day return policy for unopened and unused items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Contact our support team via email with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization.

  Secure Packaging

  Safely pack the perfume in its original box and protective wrapping to ensure it is not damaged during transit.

  Ship the Item

  Send the package to our returns warehouse using a tracked shipping service; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once we receive and inspect the item to verify its condition, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
